We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Health and Well Being Support Workers to join the team at our  Home in Waunarlwydd, Swansea.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and assisting with nutritional needs.
  • Support service users with mobility and physical therapy exercises
  • Maintain accurate records of service user care activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to service users

Experience

  • Previous experience in a care home setting is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards service user care
  • Care home: 1 year (preferred)

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

  • Day shift.
