Moorland is located in Swansea and is a forty one bed Home which offers a warm family atmosphere, for residents over the age of eighteen who either have a mental disorder, learning disability or a complex physical health need.
Professional care is provided amidst homely interiors and scenic countryside surroundings. The home encourages residents to access the local community in order to promote a sense of belonging.
Moorland embraces an open visiting policy, welcoming families at any reasonable time. We ask that families avoid visiting at mealtimes.
We believe in enriching the lives of residents through a vibrant activity program that includes everything from engaging outings to local attractions to indoor games with arts and crafts. They strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where residents can thrive and enjoy each day to the fullest.
