Want more information about the services we offer?
We provide 24/7 Nursing care and support for individuals with complex mental health needs who also may have accompanying physical health issues along with displaying challenging behaviours. This includes support with daily living skills, medication management, therapeutic activities, and access to specialist mental health professionals.
We support adults aged 18+ living with a range of mental health conditions. We also support individuals with co-occurring conditions, such as chronic illness and learning disabilities.
We offer long term placements; however, we are happy to review and consider short term placements on an individual basis.
Referrals can be made through our website by clicking the referral tab, by contacting the home manager of the service directly or by contacting the Responsible Individual.
Once a referral is received, the home manager of the service will aim to arrange a full assessment within 48 hours. The assessment, once complete, will be sent to the referring person along with costings and the admission will be planned.
Waiting times can vary depending on availability and urgency of need. Please contact us directly for current placement availability.
