This past Tuesday, 5th August, saw our Moorland Home hold a team development day for the staff there.
It was a collaborative session, where the team got to know each other better and their ways of working. We were also able to develop a set of values and a team charter. This is a key part of our work to support Care Inspectorate Wales’ positive cultures initiative.
We have our next session at Moorland on 19th August 2025, which should be another insightful and productive day.
