Excellent Feedback for Moorland Staff from Local Retailer

Two of our staff members recently visited Tesco Café in Fforestfach with two residents.

Whilst assisting the two residents with food a lady went over to the staff members and said she couldn’t believe how interactive they were with the residents. She told them that most of the time when carers come from other organisations, they don’t interact with the residents and spend time on their phones.

She then proceeded to give each of the staff a chocolate muffin as a thank for their hard work.

Massive well done to our staff for showing excellent care and attention to our residents. Staff at our homes really are committed to doing the best for people.
